Recruitment Lead

Your tasks

1. Plan and manage the recruitment/selection process for all levels, including Mass Recruitment.
2. Oversee the recruitment of migrant workers through legal channels.
3. Maintain recruitment standards in accordance with labor laws and BSCI, SMETA, BRC standards, including preparing data for audits.
4. Manage and develop the recruitment team, control budgets, and Cost per Hire.
5. Prepare reports and analyze recruitment data (Time-to-Fill, Probationary Turnover, channel effectiveness).
6. Prepare Recruitment Dashboard reports, such as manpower levels, Time-to-Fill, Probationary Turnover, and the effectiveness of each channel.
7. Build Employer Branding to attract quality candidates.
8. Conduct orientation and organize Onboarding activities for employees.
9. Develop recruitment and selection systems for increased efficiency.
10. Manage the team to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
11. Able to communicate well in English and conduct interviews in English.
12. Effectively use AI in the recruitment process.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role; experience in labor relations and activities.
3. Knowledge of labor laws regarding both Thai and migrant workers.
4. Knowledge of interview tools (e.g., CBI/ S-T-A-R and others).
5. Skills in Applicant Tracking System processes.
6. Knowledge regarding the details of every job position.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
8. Skills in using information systems to modernize recruitment work.
9. Enthusiastic about work.
10. Communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking skills.
11. Knowledge and understanding of recruitment systems.
12. Good English communication skills.
