Export Sales & Marketing Executive - International Wholesale

Your tasks

1. International Sales Process

• Calculate quotations and negotiate prices with international and domestic customers under one's responsibility to achieve targets and plan strategic approaches for each assigned customer.
• Perform Sales Forecast.
• Update and analyze pricing structures, such as yield and increased production costs, for each customer and current situations.
• Manage relationships with key accounts.
• Solve various sales challenges.

2. International Sales Planning

• Summarize the company's export sales overview and compare it with monthly and quarterly sales, and analyze data for practical use.
• Summarize the overview of customers under one's responsibility.
• Increase product sales channels abroad.

3. International Project Budgeting

• Write projects and budgets to present to the manager, such as market survey travel plans or promotion plans.
• Execute projects using relevant resources appropriately in accordance with the budget plan and annual sales targets.

4. Communication to Achieve Goals Communicate customer requirements with internal teams to achieve goals.

Requirements

1. Gender not specified, age between 25-45 years.
2. Faculty of Administration, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. 2-5 years of experience in international export sales. Experience in the food business will be specially considered.
4. Good knowledge of various Export documents.
5. Able to communicate in English at a very good level (Toeic score 700 or above). If able to communicate in Chinese (HSK 4-6), will be specially considered.
6. Has a passion for sales and service.
7. Able to travel abroad.
8. Good negotiation and coordination skills, both internally and externally.
9. Positive attitude.
10. Enthusiastic about work.
