Manages in accordance with the current financial and economic activities of the enterprise, bearing full responsibility for the consequences of decisions made. Takes measures to ensure the organization is provided with qualified personnel, and the rational use and development of their professional knowledge and experience. Ensures the correct combination of economic and administrative management methods.

Requirements

Must know: -prospects for the technical and economic development of the enterprise; -human resources of the enterprise; -tax legislation; -the system of economic indicators that allow the enterprise to determine its position in the market and develop programs to enter new sales markets

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
