Senior Researcher (Molecular Biology Laboratory)
Monitor, collect, and study up-to-date information on the research topics conducted in the LMB; analyze and summarize scientific data, results of experiments and observations, develop new ideas and projects; know and comply with the principles of Good Research Practice (GRP) and data integrity (ALCOA++), as well as monitor their compliance by LMB personnel; plan and lead work on obtaining genetically engineered constructs and producers of recombinant proteins, as well as studies of biological samples within deadlines agreed with the supervisor, using risk-oriented thinking; process or verify primary data obtained by employees within the framework of research conducted under your leadership; provide scientific supervision to junior researchers and/or researchers when working on projects; study and apply new methods for planning and organizing research and development; ensure proper operation and preservation of laboratory equipment (perform setup, diagnostics, and cleaning procedures); participate in risk assessment arising during the work process, as well as in measures to eliminate them.
Requirements
Higher specialized (chemical, biological, biotechnological, pharmaceutical, etc.) education; excellent knowledge of molecular biology and biochemistry; modern laboratory methods, including genetic engineering, principles and approaches to creating producers of recombinant proteins, methods and principles of quantitative and qualitative analysis of proteins and nucleic acids; confident knowledge of written and spoken English, fluent reading of specialized literature in English, writing scientific articles.
Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 6 years
