Operational Integrator for a leading industrial company in Holon

We are looking for the figure who will be the operational heart of the organization – someone who connects all the parts, sees the big picture, and ensures that everything happens on time, with precision and high quality. This is a central and dynamic role in a complex industrial environment, involving close work with many interfaces – engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and management – and a direct impact on the success of work programs and meeting organizational goals.

What do you do in this role?

• Leading operational processes from end to end in existing and new programs
• Monitoring and controlling equipping, production, and customer delivery processes
• Routine work in ERP systems and managing cross-organizational operational processes
• Identifying bottlenecks and leading solutions to improve performance and meet targets
• Ongoing coordination between engineering, operations, and management entities

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Logistics / a relevant field
• High proficiency in Excel
• Good level of English
• Experience working with ERP systems – a significant advantage
• Experience in a matrix environment and production/supply chain processes – an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, multitasking, and high initiative
• Excellent interpersonal communication, assertiveness, and the ability to drive processes
