Experienced Systems Engineer

As part of the role:

• Development of UAV systems that intensively integrate hardware and software – from solution definition, through writing design requirements, integrations, testing, and up to delivery to the customer.
• Leading complex integrations, including the integration of products, payloads, and more.
• Defining requirements at the component level and writing specifications and Design Documents.
• Leading development and integration efforts with multi-disciplinary (matrixed) engineering teams – electronics, Airborne Software, and more.

Job Requirements:

• .B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
• .M.Sc degree in Systems Engineering – advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer of multi-disciplinary systems (hardware/software), including practical (Hands-on) development experience in the field of electrical design.
• Experience in the field of aviation and/or autonomous vehicles – advantage.
• Military background in UAV units (operational / technical / engineering array) – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Matlab / Python / AI and communication protocols.
• High level of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and process management abilities, and teamwork skills.
