Procurement Specialist - Spare Parts

Geographic Location: HaMerkava 25, Holon

Reporting to: Spare Parts Procurement Team Leader

Nature of the role: Performing dedicated procurement of original and alternative spare parts, raw materials, and other items with quality, cost-effectiveness, and within the required time, while maximizing the procurement department's capabilities to provide what is required for the workshops for their business activity.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Market research – locating suppliers, checking supplier quality, building communication relationships
• Conducting negotiations in Israel and abroad.
• Receiving and comparing price quotes, working with internal organizational interfaces
• Spare parts orders – performing procurement orders, managing order tracking, delivery times, and handling exceptions.
• Managing invoice tracking, including handling claims.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / relevant certificate studies – advantage
• Knowledge of the automotive spare parts field – significant advantage
• Experience working with suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Experience in large-scale negotiations
• High level of English – writing and speaking
• Full proficiency in Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
• Experience working in SAP system - advantage
