This is a structured graduate programme for individuals with integrity, passion, and the ability to work in a demanding environment. Required Qualifications: What you will do Management of reservation inquiries from guests, travel advisors, and tour operators Drafting offers via email, follow-up, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations Maintenance of reservations and guest profiles in the PMS and internal systems (Fidelio etc.) Support for the Sales department with proposals and communication with partners Support for the Concierge in pre-arrival planning Administrative support to the management
