Clinical and Marketing Coordinator for a Medical Startup

• Support in clinical research management
• Analysis and monitoring of clinical data
• Management, planning, and organization of clinical marketing activities (conferences abroad, websites, R&D products)
• Logistic planning and organization of trips abroad
• Working with suppliers and service providers in Israel and abroad

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the sciences – Mandatory
• Responsibility, order, organization, and the ability to work independently at a high level – Mandatory
• Very high level of English (writing and speaking) – Mandatory
• High proficiency in computer applications, Excel, and AI tools, alongside the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new digital systems and tools – Mandatory
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• CRA certificate – An advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team

The role may include business travel abroad, depending on the company's needs, and availability is required accordingly.
