Lead Antenna Array Design Engineer

Participation in the development of active phased array antennas for use in radar and communication systems; Analysis of the current state of developments in the field of wide-angle broadband active phased array antennas; Calculations, numerical modeling, and optimization of antenna array designs; Development and research of design and numerical modeling methods for antenna arrays using computer modeling tools; Design, modeling, construction, and testing of antenna devices, conducting prototyping and experimental work to verify technical solutions and characteristics of the designed products; Development and preparation of design and technical documentation in accordance with current regulatory documents, standard requirements, GOST, and ESKD; Development of technical specifications, requirements, and conditions, and preparation of scientific and technical reports.

Requirements

Experience in the design of antennas, antenna-feeder devices, and phased array antennas; Experience in the development of microwave devices using multilayer microwave printed circuit board technologies and the use of microwave measurement equipment; Experience in numerical modeling of antenna devices and microwave structures using CAD (CST Studio, HFSS, Matlab, etc.); Proficiency in technical English in the field of antennas and microwave technology to the level of fluent reading of scientific and technical literature and technical documentation in CAD; Knowledge of GOST, ESKD, and other regulatory and technical documents in the field of development and design of antenna-feeder devices.

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 3 years
