How you will contribute to our team:

• 🤝 You will help people find the position where they can grow and succeed.

Through the management of attraction and selection processes in Serres and Aspropyrgos, you will contribute to staffing our teams with the right people.

• 🤝 You will collaborate closely with managers to understand their needs and together find the best staffing solutions.

• 🤝 You will promote ΚΡΙ ΚΡΙ as an employer of choice, creating job advertisements, utilizing modern attraction channels, and ensuring every candidate has an excellent communication experience with us.

• 🤝 You will represent the company at Career Days, events, and partnerships with educational institutions, building relationships with tomorrow's talent.

• 🤝 You will contribute to the smooth onboarding of new employees, so that their first steps at ΚΡΙ ΚΡΙ are a positive and meaningful experience.

• 🤝 You will utilize staffing data and indicators, proposing improvements that make our processes more efficient and more candidate-friendly.

• 🤝 You will support internal mobility, helping our people discover new growth opportunities within the company.

• 🤝 You will act as a point of reference and trust for employees, contributing to the creation of a positive work experience.

Required Qualifications:

We would be happy to meet someone who...

• 🌟 Has studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field

• 🌟 Has acquired 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or more broadly in HR, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• 🌟 Is familiar with the labor law framework related to recruitment

• 🌟 Communicates comfortably in English and effectively utilizes MS Office tools

• 🌟 Feels familiar with social media and ideally has experience with ATS or HRIS systems

• 🌟 Has the desire to constantly evolve and seek new ways of approaching and selecting talent

• 🌟 Combines organization, responsibility, and discretion in their daily work

• 🌟 Builds relationships of trust through communication, collaboration, and empathy

• 🌟 Possesses analytical thinking, flexibility, and a positive attitude for learning and growth

Additionally, we will particularly value:
