As part of our growth, we are looking for a Supply Planner based at our central facilities in the city of Serres:

Job Description:

• Participates in the creation and monitors the implementation of the annual, monthly, and weekly production schedule
• Monitors the progress of the production schedule and provides timely updates regarding deviations or potential risks
• Ensures the availability of raw and auxiliary materials according to production needs
• Creates and monitors purchase requests for primary and secondary materials
• Monitors and manages inventory levels with the aim of optimal demand coverage and the reduction of shortages or surpluses
• Analyzes data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proposes improvement actions
• Manages low or zero-movement products (slow movers and obsolete stock)
• Manages requirements for the movement of material and product stocks between internal warehouses and third-party warehouses
• Collaborates closely with the Production, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Quality Control departments for the smooth implementation of the plan
• Participates in process optimization projects and the development of scheduling and supply chain monitoring tools

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Higher Education with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Production and Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or Mathematics
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar Supply/Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain position
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Desirable knowledge of SAP (PP/MM)
• Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management will be considered an additional qualification
