As part of our development, we are looking for a Dairy Production Shift Supervisor based at the central facilities in the city of Serres:
Job Description:
- Monitors and coordinates the correct implementation of the production schedule, the proper staffing of the production lines, and the speed of the machines based on standards
- Resolution of operational and technical problems in cooperation with the Technical Department across all production lines
- Monitoring of production indicators (KPIs), primarily machine performance, and continuous implementation of corrective actions to achieve targets
- Monitoring, digital recording, and control of the implementation of all technical and operational issues arising during each shift
- Proper management and implementation of all set ups of the packaging machines in cooperation with the machine operators
- Creation of a digital shift report, with observations, suggestions, and events, for the purpose of improving all processes related to their areas of responsibility
- Control of cleaning and disinfection processes of the production lines
- Training of new operators and performance evaluation of operators
- Cooperation with the quality control, warehouse, and maintenance departments
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Technical schools - Technological Institutes
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical sector
- Good knowledge of computer operation
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of basic food technology principles in dairy products
