HR Business Partner - Operations - Serres

At ΚΡΙ ΚΡΙ, the largest dairy industry in Greece and the No1 Greek yogurt producer, with a presence in more than 45 countries, we are looking for an HR Business Partner – Operations to strengthen the Human Resources team in Serres. How you will contribute to our team

🤝You act as a key point of communication and collaboration between the Human Resources Department, executives, and Operations employees 🤝You collaborate closely with Operations executives, understanding organizational and operational needs and proposing appropriate and actionable solutions 🤝You support the planning of staffing needs and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team for timely and effective position coverage 🤝You monitor the onboarding process and contribute to the smooth integration and adjustment of new employees 🤝You collaborate with executives and the Training & Development team to identify training needs and employee development 🤝You participate in performance evaluation, development, and internal mobility processes for Operations employees 🤝You build relationships of trust with employees, listen to their needs and concerns, and manage related matters with objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism 🤝You monitor and analyze HR data and metrics related to Operations, identifying trends and proposing targeted improvement actions 🤝You contribute to the implementation of initiatives that enhance engagement, collaboration, and the overall employee experience 🤝You support organizational changes and contribute to the consistent implementation of company policies, processes, and values Required Qualifications: 🌟 Holds a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field 🌟 Has 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment 🌟 Has experience in staffing, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and labor relations 🌟 Has knowledge of labor law and basic HR processes 🌟 Can utilize HR data and metrics to support decision-making 🌟 Possesses business acumen, very good communication skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships 🌟 Is characterized by empathy, confidentiality, organization, and adaptability 🌟 Has very good knowledge of English and MS Office Additionally, we will particularly value: 🌟 Postgraduate studies in HR, Management, or Organizational Psychology Benefits: ✨ Stable working environment with opportunities for continuous evolution ✨ Competitive compensation package ✨ Annual bonus based on company policy ✨ Relocation & rent support for employees from outside Serres Prefecture ✨ Private insurance program ✨ Benefits & privileges program "ΜΑΖΙ στην Κρι Κρι" ✨ Work-life balance ✨ Free Nutrition & Psychological Support Line ✨ Free provision of company products And most importantly, it is the opportunity to work in a company that cares about YOU and your FAMILY!
