Account Manager Wanted

A company in the machining field is looking for an Account Manager for a diverse, challenging role with broad responsibility.

What does the role include?

• Managing the ongoing relationship with the company's customers in Israel and abroad and representing the interests of both the customer and the company.
• Accompanying and managing customer orders from the stage of receipt until the completion of delivery.
• Monitoring compliance with customer requirements, schedules, and quality targets.
• Working with technical interfaces, engineering, production, planning and control (TFP), and quality.
• Preparing and issuing quotations for customers abroad.
• Maintenance and management of customers' supplier portals.
• Handling non-conformity incidents and providing responses to customers.
• Identifying business opportunities and promoting sales to existing and new customers, with an emphasis on customers abroad.

• Familiarity and understanding of manufacturing processes in the machining field – technical, business, and operational aspects.
• Ability to read technical drawings – mandatory.
• Experience and familiarity with ERP systems – familiarity with Kitron system is an advantage.
• Familiarity with customer portals.
• Good command of English, including the ability to conduct business and professional interactions.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and in a dynamic environment.
• Systems thinking and the ability to make decisions while balancing customer needs with the company's interests.
• Assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal communication, and a high service orientation.
