Management and follow-up of customer orders in Israel and abroad ?? Routine work with customers and expectation management ?? Issuing quotations and sales promotion ?? Working with customer portals ?? Working with customers from the defense industry ?? Handling incidents and malfunctions with the customer ?? Experience and familiarity with the world of CNC and chip machining ?? Knowledge and ability to read technical drawings – mandatory ?? Familiarity with procurement and raw materials, with an emphasis on metals ?? Experience working with portals – significant advantage ?? Familiarity with ERP systems ?? Good English ??
