Working with foreign suppliers (mainly China) Obtaining commercial offers, invoices, setting up and controlling payments. Organizing the entire logistics chain of goods (equipment) from the supplier (mainly China) to warehouses in Russia Controlling compliance with product delivery deadlines Working with transport companies and customs brokers. Cost optimization Obtaining, verifying, and paying invoices for product transportation and customs clearance, controlling mutual settlements Collecting documents for customs clearance (contracts, specifications, invoices, packing lists) Verifying shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) Calculating customs payments, planning payments Controlling the customs clearance process Developing various options/optimizing product delivery

Requirements

Requirements: Higher education, experience working as an external logistics manager (import) in a freight forwarding company or in a manufacturing/trading company for 3+ years Knowledge of the basics of FEA, INCOTERMS, and the basics of logistics and customs legislation Knowledge of the specifics of working with customs and certification bodies. Knowledge of shipping documents and documents for customs clearance. Knowledge of English - sufficient for correspondence with suppliers Successful experience in optimizing logistics costs Calculating logistics costs for potential shipments Experience interacting with customs warehouses Successful experience in solving problematic situations, the ability to find non-standard solutions in complex situations. Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, 1C. Result-oriented, stress-resistant, proactive, ability to work in a multitasking mode
