Your tasks

Job Description Providing ongoing legal advice to business units and headquarters personnel within the company on diverse legal issues, while identifying legal risks and providing solutions for the organization's needs Handling regulatory matters, including analyzing regulatory provisions, working with government entities, formulating recommendations, and overseeing their implementation in the company's work processes Handling commercial matters and engagements Preparing legal opinions, legal documents, and position papers on commercial, civil, and regulatory matters Monitoring changes in legislation, case law, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the company's activities

Requirements

Required Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer (not including internship) - Mandatory Specialization in the commercial, civil, or regulatory field - Significant advantage Experience in the telecommunications field or working in a business and regulatory environment - Significant advantage Experience from a leading law firm or a legal department in a business company - Significant advantage Familiarity with telecommunications law, consumer protection, privacy, or competition law - Significant advantage Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize in a dynamic environment Business and systemic vision, alongside thoroughness, precision, and attention to detail Ability to work with multiple interfaces and a high service orientation Willingness to work hard in accordance with the requirements of the role High level of drafting and expression skills, both written and verbal High level of English
