Sourcing Supervisor (Hybrid Work)

• Source new vendors according to departmental requirements
• Evaluate the potential of suppliers and subcontractors (Supplier/ Subcontractor Audit) and summarize the scores
• Organize bidding and pre-bidding processes, organize Kick Off meetings with departments and contractors, and prepare price comparison summaries for the assigned work groups
• Prepare and update Unit rates, endorse Contract Price (VCP) for the assigned work groups
• Prepare Supplier/ Subcontractor Portfolio for risk analysis
• Inspect and accept outsourced work
• Organize safety training meetings and maintain the contractor registry
• Issue PO / perform GRN / Batch Store Receive / process billing for service and procurement tasks
• Perform duties according to the plans assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply chain, Management, Industrial engineering or any related departments Age 26-30 years old Basic English communication skills Experience in Supply chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Sourcing
