CEO of the enterprise

• performs the functions of the sole executive body, manages the financial and economic activities of the Company; - acts on behalf of the Company without a power of attorney, performs any significant actions, including representing its interests and entering into transactions; - issues powers of attorney for the right of representation on behalf of the Company, including powers of attorney with the right of substitution; - issues orders, instructions, and other types of acts within its competence; - disposes of property, except for cases assigned to the competence of the general meeting of participants; - files claims on behalf of the Company against legal entities and individuals, reviews filed claims; - organizes and ensures accounting and statistical reporting and bears responsibility for its accuracy; - concludes employment contracts with officials, establishes incentives and disciplinary actions; - within its competence, uses the funds of the funds and reserves created in the company, opens accounts in banks, and acts as a manager of credits; - organizes the development and submission of the annual balance sheet and profit and loss statement to the General Meeting of Participants; - ensures the implementation of decisions of the general meeting, obligations to the budget, and to counterparties under business contracts; - establishes the list of information containing commercial secrets or being confidential; - controls the use of material, labor, and financial resources; - ensures the creation of favorable and safe working conditions for the company's employees and compliance with environmental protection legislation; - ensures compliance with legality in the company's activities; - exercises other powers not assigned by this Charter to the competence of the General Meeting of Participants of the Company.

Requirements

• proficiency in matters of automotive product implementation and its service maintenance (engines, axles, chassis, etc.); - proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
