Delivery Officer

1. Control and inspect goods to ensure accuracy according to the delivery list before dispatching to customers
2. Prepare and coordinate with relevant departments to issue delivery documents according to the delivery plan
3. Prepare quality objective summaries regarding customer product rejections
4. Inspect employee hygiene within the department before commencing work
5. Coordinate the movement or transportation of goods and products to ensure they remain in good condition and are clean
6. Survey the condition of glassware, glass, and clear hard plastics related to the transport vehicles
7. Prepare, edit, review, distribute, and verify various documents according to the department's standard systems
8. Responsible for issuing, receiving, and responding to CAR/PAR documents when non-conforming operations are found
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Male - Female, aged 25 years and above Minimum education: Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or equivalent in Accounting/Marketing/Computer/Technical fields in any branch, or other related fields At least 2 years of experience or more Able to or ready to learn the job well, and is diligent and patient Able to use Computer systems well If able to use ERP. programs (will be given special consideration) Good interpersonal skills, easy to get along with others Able to drive a car and possesses a Type 1 or 2, 3, 4 driver's license (will be given special consideration) Able to work in a team and work with others professionally If there is experience in Packaging / Food industry, the company will give special consideration Able to coordinate with various departments, both internally and externally, very well Possess skills in responding to and negotiating with customers, including responding to CAR or NCR to ensure high customer satisfaction Can speak, read, and write English at a fairly good level
