Production Planning Manager (Off Sat, Skip Sun)

• Plan and control production to meet targets and respond to customer requirements
• Manage manpower, control working hours, and OT to align with the production plan
• Monitor production progress in every process, with efficient on-site problem-solving
• Analyze problems, causes, and determine preventive measures to prevent recurrence
• Develop and improve production processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate quality
• Oversee quality systems, GMP standards, and safety in the production line
• Manage the team, provide training, evaluate performance, and develop employee potential
• Prepare monthly Master Plan (MPS Plan)
• Prepare annual raw material usage plan (MRP Plan)
• Prepare monthly Rolling Plan
• Prepare monthly performance reports to present to management
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male / Female, aged 30 years or above Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in production planning / production control Possess data analysis, planning, and systematic decision-making skills Possess leadership skills, able to manage a team and handle immediate problems well High responsibility, able to work well under pressure Understanding of BRC / GMP / HACCP quality systems will be specially considered If able to start work immediately, will be specially considered Able to prepare KPI and various reports Able to develop one's own department and possesses training skills Able to coordinate well with various departments, both internally and externally Possess skills in responding to and negotiating with customers, including responding to Car or NCR to ensure high customer satisfaction Able to speak, read, and write English at a fairly good level
