Logistics Engineer (Off Sat/Sun/Holiday)

• Analyze and improve storage processes and increase operational efficiency in planning receiving, storage, issuing of raw materials / spare parts / other materials / finished goods, and loading. Arrange transport vehicles and improve documents according to standards to be appropriate and consistent with company policies.
• Plan and control the stock counting of raw materials / spare parts / other materials and finished goods within the department according to the specified timeframe.
• Inspect and rectify if problems are found where the balance in the accounting system does not match the actual balance in the warehouse.
• Provide consultation and guidance regarding problems to warehouse and delivery staff and related colleagues.
• Analyze data to support and improve the work plans of the warehouse and delivery to develop the distribution system.
• Maintain daily warehouse operational data to reduce Loss and Muda to develop maximum efficiency by selecting appropriate processes, methods, and designing tools and equipment suitable for operations.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or other related fields.
• Experience in warehouse and delivery management will be given special consideration.
• Leadership qualities, honesty, diligence, patience, and a good mindset.
• Ability to use computers: Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks.
• Good planning and task management skills.
• Positive attitude, ready to learn, and highly responsible.
• Team player and able to work with others professionally.
• Experience in Packaging / Food industry will be given special consideration.
• Able to coordinate well with various departments, both internally and externally.
• Skills in responding to and negotiating with customers, including responding to CAR or NCR to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English at a fairly good level.
