Senior System Analyst

Participation in negotiations with the customer, identification and documentation of requirements and end users of the product; Development together with the project team of functional and non-functional requirements, including: a. design and description of user scenarios; b. design and description of client-server interaction; c. participation in solution architecture design; d. design and description of server logic. e. creation of mind maps, data models. Participation in project development: a. backlog formation and management; b. proposing hypotheses for project development; Collection and processing of project research results; Support of functional testing of the system; Support of the development of user documentation for the system; Technical support of systems; Approbation of the implementation of requirements for system functions; Consulting stakeholders on requirements for system functions; Processing change requests for system functions; Development of sections of user documentation describing the operation of system functions; Development of sections of project documentation describing the operation of system functions.

Requirements

Experience working as a system analyst in Mobile / Web projects for 2+ years; Experience in preparing functional requirements; Experience in designing integrations; Systems thinking; Ability to multitask; Ability to work effectively in situations of uncertainty; Ability to find compromise and optimal solutions and to formulate tasks precisely; Understanding the basics of creating BPMN and UML diagrams; Understanding the basics of working with user stories, JTD stories tools; Knowledge of the basics of programming, testing, algorithms in the field of information technology; Experience in management and team leadership; Experience in setting tasks for the development team, managing and evaluating the backlog; UX design skills; Experience working with Postman, Charles Proxy; Basic knowledge of any programming language; English proficiency level from B2. Additionally: Prior to the in-person interview, completion of a test assignment is mandatory; upon successful completion of the test assignment - an invitation to an interview; There will be two interview stages: 1st with a recruiter, 2nd - with the head of the department. Probation period - 3 months, Performance Review - every 6 months; Place of work - the company office in Kaliningrad without the possibility of remote work; Working hours - from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2), Sat-Sun off; Salary level - up to 60,000.00 rubles before taxes.
