Electrical Engineer

Operation and repair. Organizes the technically correct operation of electrical equipment and networks. Draws up schedules for planned preventive maintenance (PPM), conducts inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Design activities. Participates in the design of electrical networks and systems: calculates loads, selects circuits, develops single-line diagrams, cable routing plans, and equipment specifications. May verify design documentation for compliance with standards (PUE, SP, GOST). Prepares technical specifications for contractors. Technical supervision and control. Verifies how departments comply with technical operation rules. Conducts inspection control during repair work. Participates in the commissioning of electrical installations, conducts technical inspection and equipment passportization. Modernization and development. Provides conclusions on the implementation of new technologies and progressive operation methods. Participates in the development of long-term development plans for the energy facility, its reconstruction, and modernization.

Requirements

Higher professional (technical) education in the fields of Electric Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Power Supply, Automation of Technological Processes. At least three years of experience in a similar position. English proficiency at B2 level (upper-intermediate). Chinese language proficiency at HSK4 level.
