Engineering Manager

-Supervise, control, inspect, and oversee the engineering department to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. -Define work plans, formulate Action Plans, and prepare the annual Budget for the engineering department. -Determine maintenance guidelines for machinery according to the PM plans of each department within the engineering section. -Review and improve processes in cases where operations in each department do not follow the established plans. -Communicate policies from management to relevant units for implementation according to work plans, and report engineering department data to superiors.

Qualifications: Age not exceeding 50 years old. Bachelor's degree. Has work experience in industrial factories, working at a supervisory level for at least 10 years or more. Has knowledge and expertise in engineering, engineering management, quality systems according to international standards, and various laws and regulations. Able to communicate in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing). If able to start work immediately, will be given special consideration.
