Quality Assurance Manager (QA Manager)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and control laboratory operations in accordance with ISO standards
2. Supervise chemical, physical, and microbiological testing and analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness
3. Manage testing equipment, calibration, and equipment maintenance

Control the quality of test results and certify data reliability Prepare, review, and update the laboratory's quality system documentation

1. Plan and conduct Internal Audits

Coordinate audits from certification bodies, customers, and external agencies

1. Analyze problems and determine corrective/preventive measures
2. Prepare performance reports and present them to management
3. Develop the potential and capabilities of laboratory personnel
4. Support the development of work systems and Continuous Improvement projects

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in managing teams at a supervisor or manager level Knowledge and experience in ISO standards Knowledge of chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis Knowledge of Calibration and Method Validation Ability to analyze root causes of problems and plan systematic improvements Good English communication skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing Strong leadership and team management skills
