Manufacturing Engineering Manager

1. Inspect and control the receipt of production planning sheets to implement production standard checks, prepare, and improve them for manufacturing products according to the production plan.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding the preparation of production standards, Operation Instruction, and Parameter (Condition).
3. Participate in new product trials with relevant departments.
4. Inspect machine Condition settings and compliance with Operation Instruction for both morning and afternoon shifts.
5. Attend meetings to acknowledge work problems, clarify work issues, provide coaching, and assign tasks to subordinates; approve employee leave and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
6. Inspect, control, collect, and summarize KPIs of the production process section and prepare KPIs.
7. Analyze problems related to production and machinery, and present solutions to supervisors / meetings for acknowledgment.
8. Prepare improvement and development projects as well as problem-solving projects related to production.
9. Inspect, control, and supervise the work of employees within the department to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
10. Perform other duties related to company activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Age 25-40 years old. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Possess negotiation and planning skills. Able to use basic computers and specialized software well. Able to work well under pressure. Enthusiastic, positive attitude, disciplined, and detail-oriented. Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 : 2015 systems. Knowledge of English.
