Requirements

Education: preferably higher education (fields of Restaurant Business Management, Service and Tourism, Hotel Management, etc.) or specialized courses. Work experience in the restaurant business (often from 1-2 years in related positions: waiter, bartender, floor manager). Knowledge of software and equipment: proficiency in restaurant automation systems (R‑Keeper), cash equipment, accounting software. Knowledge in the service sector: service standards, sanitation and safety rules, basics of menu and wine list composition. Conversational English

Vocational secondary education; Experience: 3 years
