Information Systems Development Team Lead

Your tasks

The role includes leading a team of programmers and systems analysts, responsibility for complex multi-interface projects, and ongoing work with business entities, alongside professional leadership of programmers in Python and SQL in an Azure cloud environment with Databricks processes. Additionally, the role includes leading development using AI in the cloud, including building analysis processes, data investigation, and implementing AI processes that will serve the actuarial teams. Management and leadership of a development team, including hands-on technological guidance. System architecture planning and technical characterization of complex data solutions and processes. Leading system migration processes from SQL server to the Azure cloud, including planning, execution, and optimization. Development and maintenance of systems in the cloud and SQL Server. Ongoing work with business entities, providing professional service and translating business needs into technological solutions. Management and leadership of a large development team, including mentoring, professional development, and performance management. Building work plans, task prioritization, and workload management.

Requirements

Experience as a development Team Lead (preference for managing large teams) 3 years and more. Development in Python and experience in building architecture 2 years and more. Experience in ongoing work with business entities, understanding needs and translating them into systemic solutions 2 years and more. Experience in leading complex and multi-interface projects. High ability in planning work plans, prioritization, and task management. Good level of English - ongoing work with international entities. Advantage requirements: Experience working with Azure cloud services including Databricks, data Factory, and Unity Catalog. Experience working with massive databases and knowledge in writing SQL queries. Experience in financial organizations / insurance / actuarial. Experience in managing teams in the Big data worlds. Experience in leading teams through technological transformation processes (e.g., migration to the cloud). Relevant Bachelor's degree. The position is intended for both women and men.
