Purchasing Agent and Grocery Import Coordinator

Full-time position in Netanya, expected move to Yokneam. For Tempo Beverages Ltd. in the Netanya procurement department, a Purchasing Agent and Grocery Import Coordinator is required - for a period of one year with an option to continue in a full-time position in Netanya, expected move to Yokneam.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for the operational connection with suppliers, mainly abroad.
• Generating purchase orders, in accordance with planning requirements, and sending them to suppliers.
• Full monitoring of order timing, supplier approvals, alignment with requirements, shipping documents, etc.
• Selection and operation of freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Management of import files and document tracking.
• Management of file clearances with all requirements: Kosher certifications, Institute of Standards, Ministry of Health, and more.
• Approval and control of shipping expenses.
• Working with a variety of interfaces within the company: Planning, Marketing, Logistics, Finance.
• Working in a changing, dynamic, and challenging environment.

Requirements:

• Similar experience is mandatory.
• High level of English.
• Bachelor's degree/Academic education is mandatory.
