Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

1. Supervise and monitor production process inspections to ensure compliance with the plan
2. Control the inspection of raw materials and packaging receiving
3. Control GMP inspections in production areas and personal hygiene
4. Resolve problems related to production, raw materials, and packaging
5. Improve and develop inspection processes to be more efficient
6. Serve as part of the Food safety team to help ensure compliance with the plan

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science 8 years or more of work experience in QA, QC within the food manufacturing industry Knowledge of food quality assurance, GHPs, HACCP inspections, and understanding of risk assessment Skills in investigation and immediate problem-solving Ability to read and listen to English at a fair level Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Internet Confident in listening to the opinions of others Observant, detail-oriented, courageous in expressing opinions, and courageous in speaking during meetings Good attitude towards work and others, eager to learn, and able to record and summarize information well
