Production Department Officer

1. Supervise and control production to ensure it follows the plan and meets quality standards
2. Monitor, troubleshoot, and prevent production problems
3. Verify operational records
4. Prepare operating manuals
5. Verify production reports
6. Prepare monthly production summary reports and present operational results

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or other related fields Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power point At least 2 years of experience in food production Able to read and write English Responsible with leadership qualities Able to work under pressure Completed training in quality systems related to food production such as GHPs, HACCP
