Maintenance Department Head

1. Control the maintenance and repair operations of machinery, tools, equipment in the factory, buildings, utility systems, facilities, as well as security and computer systems to ensure they are in ready-to-use condition.
2. Supervise and inspect various spare parts and equipment to ensure sufficient stock and prevent loss.
3. Verify various measuring instruments used in the production section to ensure they are in ready-to-use, accurate, and precise condition.
4. Analyze defects in various tasks to find ways to develop, improve, correct, and prevent recurrence to ensure work efficiency.
5. Participate in the establishment of the company's various quality systems.

Qualifications: Vocational Certificate (High Level) - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in engineering and maintenance in an industrial factory. Ability to coordinate and communicate. Basic computer knowledge; able to use Microsoft office and Internet. English language skills: able to read and write. Resourceful and able to solve problems well.
