Head/Manager of Quality Management System (QMS)

• Plan operations, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of quality and food safety systems, such as GHPs, HACCP, BRC, with all departments in the company
• Plan operations, coordinate, and request HALAL certification and renewals
• Oversee the company's quality document control system
• Conduct Internal Quality Audit (IQA) activities, including monitoring audit results and corrective actions to ensure they are carried out correctly and on time
• Suggest opportunities and guidelines for problem-solving (Corrective/Preventive Action)
• Analyze and monitor Customer Complaints to establish corrective and preventive methods to prevent recurrence, and handle customer responses
• Prepare plans and conduct Management Review meetings
• Receive audits from customers and external auditors (CB) for quality system certification
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal and external agencies
• Promote awareness among employees regarding compliance with quality and food safety system requirements

Work Monday-Friday, 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or other related fields
• Good knowledge and understanding of GMP&HACCP quality systems
• At least 3 years of experience in quality management systems within the food industry
• Experience in requesting HALAL certification and renewals
• Experience in implementing quality and food safety systems such as BRC, FSSC22000
• Completion of BRC Issue 9 requirements training will be specially considered
• Skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good coordination skills with both internal and external agencies
• Ability to understand English documents
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high leadership qualities
