Design Technician

design of sanitary ceramic products (sinks, toilets) - design of polymer and gypsum molds for their manufacture, taking into account material types and shrinkage - adaptation and design of fastening systems and installations - preparation of drawings, views, and sections of the product for production - making necessary changes during the product assembly process - consulting production employees on assembly issues - working with product designers to adapt design for production

Requirements

higher technical education (mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering, materials science); - at least 1 year of similar experience in a design technician position at an industrial enterprise; - Use of office, CAD, CAM, CAE, CAI programs and modules (in particular, preparation of letters and texts, scanning and measuring parts, preparation of sketches, construction of complex 3D models of parts and technological equipment, preparation of sketches and drawings, preparation of control programs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines, conducting engineering analysis when necessary, conducting accuracy analysis of parts and assemblies with report issuance) - basic skills working with Excel tables and formulas - English language at a level of independent reliable translation of technical articles and literature, written communication using translators with correction (A1-A2), - ability to work with regulatory documents (GOSTs, SNiPs, standards) Experience in ceramics is an advantage!
