STAFF – MACHINE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment used in the production process
• Analyze and resolve machinery breakdown issues to ensure production can resume efficiently
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) to reduce Breakdown issues and machine downtime
• Inspect and resolve machine control system issues, including PLC systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC programs, specifically OMRON and MITSUBISHI
• Coordinate with the Production department and related units to resolve problems and improve machine efficiency
• Prepare and summarize maintenance reports, including problem data and corrective actions
• Support machine improvement activities and reduce problems affecting production efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Male Age approximately 23–27 years old Graduated with a High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience Have knowledge and experience with PLC OMRON and MITSUBISHI Able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint computer programs Able to use English for work at a basic communication level Have knowledge and skills in machine maintenance and repair Able to analyze and perform basic machine troubleshooting Have responsibility, able to coordinate and work well with other departments Able to work under pressure and handle immediate problems
