Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, control, and manage the production processes in the Welding department to comply with the defined production plan.
2. Supervise and monitor performance to achieve the department's goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
3. Control and improve production processes for efficiency in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
4. Manage manpower and resources within the department appropriately.
5. Oversee and control operations to comply with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

1. Male
2. Age 40–45 years old
3. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
4. 5–10 years of work experience in Production, Welding, or the manufacturing industry.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Able to communicate in English.
7. Possess skills in team management, work planning, and production problem-solving.
