Teacher of additional education for children and adults

As part of the labor function of organizing the activities of students aimed at mastering an additional general education program: carries out recruitment for training under an additional general developmental program, forms the composition of students and takes measures to retain the student contingent throughout the period of study; carries out additional education and upbringing of schoolchildren taking into account the specifics of the requirements of the FGOS of primary general and basic general education, conducts classes according to the school schedule; ensures the necessary level of student preparation that meets the requirements of the FGOS; ensures a pedagogically justified choice of forms, means, and methods of teaching students based on psychophysiological and pedagogical expediency, using modern educational methodologies, including information-based and digital educational resources; conducts training sessions in a general education institution, relying on achievements in the fields of methodical, pedagogical, and psychological sciences, developmental psychology, and school hygiene, as well as modern information and communication technologies; organizes the independent activities of school students, including research and project activities, includes problem-based learning in the educational process, links learning with practice, and discusses current events occurring in the modern world with children; ensures compliance with the rights and freedoms of the students of the educational institution; carries out organization, including stimulation and motivation of the activities and communication of school students during training sessions; provides special pedagogical support to gifted and talented school students, including children with disabilities; develops measures for the modernization of the equipment of the classroom (office, laboratory, workshop, studio, sports hall, dance hall), and the formation of its subject-spatial environment, ensuring the mastery of the educational program.

Requirements

Education: higher or secondary vocational (technical, pedagogical, or IT fields. Teacher for the "Robot Programming" direction. Confident knowledge of Windows OS. Experience working with educational kits (Lego, Arduino, VEX, etc.)
