Lead Specialist
open and maintain bank accounts in the MENA regions (UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, etc.), including ruble and foreign currency accounts; undergo compliance procedures, participate in negotiations with banks together with consultants; analyze the currency legislation of foreign countries regarding the possibility of alternative ways of executing contracts; build payment routes between the group in the RF and infrastructure outside the RF, including direct ruble/BHD, ruble/AED, ruble/CNY pairs, as well as settlements through correspondent banks; monitor account balances, compliance with limits, and prepare reporting for the group treasury manager; conduct negotiations with banks on issues of tariffs, settlement terms, limits, and documentary support (letters of credit, guarantees).
Requirements
have a higher education in the field of finance, banking, or international economics; have 3 to 5 years of work experience in treasury, international settlements, or trade finance, or experience in a bank (correspondent relations department, currency control); understand the structure of the banking systems of the UAE, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia; possess an analytical mindset, communication skills, and stress resistance; be able to conduct negotiations at the top management level of banks; be fluent in English (oral and written negotiations), basic knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
