Technician / Pouch Maker

1. Control production volume and loss to meet the specified targets.
2. Set up new Jobs according to the Job Order, pouch pattern, and actual pouch samples placed in front of the machine.
3. Inspect existing equipment and adjust it to match the requirements of the new Job.
4. Set Clearance correctly and completely at every point before calling the Shift Leader to inspect.
5. The Pouch Maker (Operation) must adjust the pattern, while the Assistant (Packing) must press the pull button when starting a new job.
6. Load the actual roll and inspect the quality until certain it meets standards, then submit to QC for approval before running the production.
7. Provide accurate summary reports.
8. Clear Hold/repair jobs immediately; jobs that require repair time must be completed within 7 days and sent to the Hold area with clear identification tags.
9. Leaders must constantly monitor subordinates' work; if incorrect actions are found, such as improper contamination management that poses a risk to customer products or placing items in the wrong locations, provide immediate guidance and corrective action.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 20 years or older Education: Grade 9 (M.3) or higher At least 1-2 years of experience Able to work in shifts/overtime Able to read basic English Codes or assigned Job Orders Able to work in a team, possess good wits, and be detail-oriented Diligent, patient, and committed to work Experience in packaging
