Control & Instrumentation Engineer

1. Perform Detail Design, establish control system architecture, and prepare Electrical & Instrument Drawings.
2. Prepare, review, and revise P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) and Instrument Loop Diagrams to ensure compliance with international standards.
3. Participate in the development of main power plant control systems such as DCS (Distributed Control System), PLC, and Industrial IoT (IoT) systems, including communication infrastructure (IT/CCTV/PAGA).
4. Prepare technical documentation for equipment (Instrument Datasheet & Specification) for various types of instruments.
5. Prepare TOR, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents for C&I works.
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other related engineering fields. 2-5 years or more of experience in Field Instrument / C&I for industrial plants or large-scale construction projects (experience in EPC business or power plant projects will be given special consideration). Ability to understand and communicate technical English at a fair to good level. Ability to travel for work in other provinces or be stationed at power plant construction sites as necessary.
