Provider Network Manager

To manage and develop the medical provider network to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and strong partnership between the company and healthcare providers. The position also plays a strategic role in planning and executing initiatives to enhance the Provider Management System, aligning with corporate direction and digital transformation goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Economics, or related fields. 5–10 years of experience in Provider Management, Hospital Coordination, or Health Insurance/TPA operations. Experience in strategic or analytical roles is preferred. Negotiation & Contract Management Strategic and Analytical Thinking Knowledge of medical cost structure and service rates Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) Strategic mindset, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and high responsibility.
