ACS Engineer

Commissioning and operation of ACS (Siemens PCS7 incl. PLCS7-300, S7-400) for various production units; Modification and improvement of software for PLC (Step 7) and SIMENS operator panels (WinCC Flexible), as well as WinCC; Troubleshooting and fault elimination in the line; Configuration of frequency converters and servo drives; Troubleshooting Siemens 1500 PLC in Tia Portal software; Troubleshooting Delta PLC in ISPSoft software; Procurement of spare parts and necessary devices for equipment modernization and maintenance; Connection of sensors and actuators in equipment; Modification of equipment operating algorithms according to production requirements; Communication with equipment suppliers regarding technical maintenance; Configuration of necessary sensor parameters according to production requirements; Laying PLC network communication lines; Adjustment of Delta ASDA-A2 servo drive speeds in ASDASoft and CanBuilder software; Writing programs for testing machines in the CodeSYS 3.5 environment; Taking equipment backups; Assisting in the selection of equipment for production; Maintenance of the inkjet marker; Repair of hand-held power tools and ordering spare parts; Replacement of electrical circuit elements; Soldering of failed electronic devices; Selection and calculation of electric motors, and drafting control diagrams for production tasks.

Requirements

experience in a similar position and with the necessary software; English knowledge at B2 level; knowledge of Chinese is welcome.

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 3 years
