Personal Assistant (PA)
Track the progress of various tasks assigned by the executive to the team to ensure that work is completed on schedule.
Oversee office orderliness, including the preparation of various equipment and supplies.
Qualifications: High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field Female, age 25 - 40 years old (Fresh graduates are welcome) Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office) and Google Workspace Foreign language skills for basic communication; able to Speak, Read, and Write English well Attention to Detail: verify documents to prevent errors; diligent, honest, patient, punctual, and has a good personality Able to drive a car and possesses a driver's license Able to travel upcountry / abroad with the boss; able to stay with the boss Problem Solving: able to handle crises on behalf of the executive immediately Has traveled abroad and can use English for traveling No family burdens, as the nature of the work involves very frequent travel Ready to start work immediately will be given special consideration Good interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure; high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and ability to handle high pressure from working closely with a leader Discretion & Confidentiality: knows inside information but does not leak it Proactive Thinking: prepare what the executive needs before they ask Able to understand the organization's business, including various products and services, to provide information and coordinate effectively Able to communicate clearly and easily, both in speaking and writing, and able to build good relationships with diverse people Support the executive in both professional and personal matters, manage personal lifestyle; must be ready to standby almost all the time according to the executive's schedule
