Customer Service (CS) Officer - Riverdale Project, Bang Kadi, Pathum Thani

• Manage and build good relationships with customers, while providing a premium Customer Experience • Coordinate and follow up on customer needs, from sales, service, and various activities • Manage customer databases and track Customer Journey / Customer Feedback • Coordinate with Sales, Service teams, and related departments to provide comprehensive customer care • Support Customer Relationship activities and Lifestyle Events of Chris-Craft

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields Experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Luxury Service Good personality, service-minded, with strong communication and coordination skills Proficient in computer programs and able to communicate in English Experience in Automotive / Luxury / Hospitality / Marine / Yacht businesses will be given special consideration
