Sourcing Officer

1. Source and collect production sources for all types of Lighting products, including related raw materials, along with analyzing costs and purchasing prices (Collect and analyze lighting suppliers concerned on cost control)
2. Coordinate with manufacturers/Suppliers for product ordering, including international Suppliers
3. Oversee and coordinate the Import Process
4. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and execute the ordering process in the SAP system
5. Prepare and manage all documents related to purchasing work

Qualifications: Male / Female, Age 22 – 40 years old Bachelor's degree in English or Engineering fields with good English proficiency Good command of English in reading, writing, translation, and communicating via email with international Suppliers High attention to detail and high responsibility Negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills Enthusiastic with a positive attitude Experience is not required Fresh graduates who are ready to learn are welcome Only English applications will be considered
