Production Supervisor (หัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิต)

1. Take full ownership of daily production operations and team performance.
2. Drive efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
3. Lead production planning, budgeting, and resource management.
4. Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
5. Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
6. Champion continuous improvement and safety culture on the floor
7. 6-day work week (Mon-Sat).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Production management in electronic manufacturing. Strong leadership, negotiation, and hands-on problem-solving skills Proven experience in multinational or bilingual (Chinese/English) environments. Excellent English communication skills. Energetic, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
