PMC Supervisor

Able to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)

1. Lead and supervise the production planning and material control (PMC) team, ensuring effective team development and workflow management.
2. Oversee and coordinate production schedules, material planning, and customer delivery timelines to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
3. Analyze production capacity, plan manpower allocation, and support recruitment processes to align with production needs.
4. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate material replenishment, and ensure a smooth flow of materials throughout the production cycle.
5. Review and validate customer orders, confirm delivery commitments, and align production plans with customer requirements.
6. Continuously improve PMC processes and systems for better efficiency, cost control, and risk management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or material control, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate in English or Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
