Senior Investor Relations

1. Support coordination work with various individuals and ensure transparent information disclosure in compliance with the regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as other rules and regulations.
2. Build relationships / maintain relations with general investors, shareholders, and external parties.
3. Manage the company's Website regarding the Investor Relations section and corporate information, and coordinate with the system administrator company.
4. Prepare the annual IR plan, Annual Report, One Report, and other assigned reports.
5. Have experience in managing and participating in corporate disclosure activities, including AGM, Opportunity Day, Investor Roadshows, Company Snapshot, and Company Visits.
6. Have experience in financial statement analysis, analyzing corporate business risks, and preparing risk management plans and finding risk mitigation measures in collaboration with other departments.
7. Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in IR. Excellent English communication skills.
